Texafirma LLC

TerraSoft Solutions was started in Sacramento, California, in early 1995, as a part-time consulting activity by Stephen Breden.  At that time, he was the Broker and Owner of Terra Firma Group, a small mortgage and real estate company located in Fair Oaks, California.  This business started as a result of the demand for his technology expertise by other mortgage companies in the Sacramento area.

In mid 1996, Stephen Breden relocated to Fort Worth, Texas, and continued his mortgage and technology consulting services from that location.  In early 1998, he became Microsoft certified, and in 2000 became a Calyx Certified Trainer and part of the contract Calyx Software Training Department, where he continues today as one of its senior trainers specializing in Calyx Point Data Server® and advanced Point® issues.

In 2007, TerraSoft Solutions became Texafirma LLC, and also has available several senior IT professionals on a contract basis who may be hired for purely IT related issues related to the correct setup and securing of a network, in a mortgage company environment.  When a purely IT solution is warranted, one of these individuals will be referred to you.

Stephen Breden remains available on a consulting basis to assist any mortgage company with the optimization and setup of its Calyx Point® based network, and his combined expertise in the mortgage industry and technology industry come together in a valuable combination for any enterprise desiring optimization of their investment in Calyx Point®.
